Internal area surveys involve the calculation of areas within a building including:

The area of a building measured to the internal face of perimeter walls at each level. - Gross External Area (GEA):
The area of a building measured externally from each floor.
Deliverables will include a report outlining the survey and processing methodology, an outline plan of the building surveyed, an area table - giving area calculations for each floor or area specified by the client, panoramic photography of each room and hard copy plans displaying the areas surveyed.
Clients will also have access to a dedicated and secure ftp website where plans, panoramic photography and reports can be downloaded.
Along with each report, a duty of care document shall be included confirming that Star Net's methodology and deliverables can be relied upon.
