High Definition Surveying (HDS), or simply laser scanning is the collection of high density spatial data sets relating to a structure/objects or land for use in asset and site development planning or dimensional control.
Star Net uses laser technology coupled with GPS equipment to provide detailed drawings and asset information. This allows the design and analysis of a proposed project using position, level and orientation information of existing features on the site, structure or asset.
All deliverables are quality assured automatically to ensure the best possible results. We can present the data in 2D formats such as cross sections, elevations or plans in AutoCAD, Adobe PDF or simply Jpeg image format as well as in 3D utilising Truview software, 3D models and our Star Net isite.
